You can minimize this risk by periodically having the rotors balanced via our balancing program. This will result in lower vibration levels and therefore higher efficiency of your rotors.
Extending the reliability and service life or your installation
We detect where potential improvements should be made. This can be done remotely via our advanced measuring equipment or on-site in a balancing bunker. We then carry out the improvement or advise you on the best way for you to do this. Sometimes only a small adjustment to the rotors is all it takes to save hundreds of thousands of euros. You get the double benefit of improving the reliability of your plant and extending its working life at the same time.

The benefits of our Balancing Program
In balancing facilities: with our balancing procedures we ensure you that the vibration levels at critical speeds will be reduced to a minimum. We go further than the ISO standards.
During major overhauls a mobile balancing machine is used to make sure that after the works on the rotor a good balanced rotor will be installed again. This will ensure you that the unit will be fit for purpose and back on the grid at the agreed time.
On site balancing: when for some reason a balancing action is needed on your unit Advituro is there to perform this either via a remote connection or at site. Our balancing procedure is developed to get the best result with a minimum of runs. We can analyse up to 4 balancing planes in 1 run.
